We’re conveniently located in Hartland, just 30 minutes west of Milwaukee. Our clinic is easily accessible on State Road 83— immediately north of North Shore Drive (Hwy KE) — just two miles north of I-94 or two miles south of Highway 16.

If you’re coming from the south, look for us on the right shortly after passing Town Bank. If you’re coming from the north, look for us on the left after passing Hartland Music and ProHealth Care. We’re in a two-story light gray farmhouse with white and maroon trim. Plenty of close parking is available. The main entrance is at the front of the building on the front porch. |
