All services are scheduled by appointment only. Day or evening appointments are available to fit your busy schedule. When you phone, you’ll reach one of the doctors directly—never an answering service or receptionist. If the doctor is in session or otherwise unavailable, you may leave a brief message on the confidential voice mail system and you’ll receive a call back very promptly.

Please feel free to phone from 10 am to 7 pm – Monday to Friday. We focus on being responsive to our patient’s needs and pay close attention not to over-schedule our time to avoid having a long waiting list. Therefore, we can set up an appointment to meet with you the following week or sometimes even that same week. When you leave a message asking one of the doctors to call you back, please let us know if it’s permissible to leave a message on your voice mail—this helps us protect your confidentiality.
