Our hope is to help you better understand yourself and to develop—or perhaps just uncover, the necessary tools to respond to life in a healthy, fun and productive manner. Therapy can be brief (1 session to 6 months) or short-term (6 to 12 months). We also enjoy working with people on a longer-term basis, depending on your specific needs and goals.
